Foxbith was founded by a group of people with STEAM (Science, Tech, Engineering, Art, Math) backgrounds who see the problem of technology accessibility in some businesses especially, traditional businesses or non-digital native businesses.Our company exists to provide a practical solution to accelerate clients' business growth with appropriate technology solutions. หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
Use and continually develop leadership skills
Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
Perform other related duties as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

B.S. in an IT, Engineering, or related field
2-3+ years project management or working experience in related field
Ability to work well under pressure, manage competing demands and meet tight deadlines
Proven success working with all levels of management
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of various computer software programs
Strong critical thinking, analytical, organizational and problem recognition, avoidance and resolution skills.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including highly effective negotiation skills.
Ability to effectively present project status and issues to client and management team.
Ability to work effectively with various stakeholder including operational team, clients and management.
